So, before I get any actual work done (I needa do my Color of Water questions for chapter 1-10, and re-do some re-do's.) Honestly, shoot me now! :(
Honestly, I fucking hate Akune. & the fact that senioritis is taking over doesn't help. Blehh.
BUT, before I forget (& like I promised), I will tell you about my trip last weekend! It was fucking fun! I went in very skeptic, and came out wanting to go back.
Well, I went to a CASL (California Association of Student Leaders) conference in San Jose. It was from Saturday to Monday, and let me tell you, it was fun (as if I haven't told you already, right?!) Haha! I went with a few people from my ASB class, and since I am ASB president (hold the applause), I was given to go.
So, when we got there, there was all kinds of things to do. There was rock climbing (which I did and completed, yay!), an inflatable obstacle corse, blah, blah, blah. Then, a meeting. Then, another meeting. & another. Then, we all just kinda ditched the next meeting, and went to the like the other 3 meetings after that. No joke! Haha. The only thing I didn't like about the trip, was that it was non-stop meetings. & in these meetings, there was either a speaker, an ice-breaker type thang (which I didn't mind, I love those!), group discussions, like leader-ish type stuff. Like, I wish they could've put in a few breaks in between y'know?
Then, on Sunday, it was like breakfast meeting, meeting, meeting, and then at noon, the students held a Senior ball. Which, was actually for senior citizens! OMGosh, it was so cool! We got this old chinese lady. She was so precious. & I got to dance with her. :) Haha. & she taught me the 1, 2, 3, walts, and the chinese words: "Ni hao ma" and "Shi-eh shi-eh." I totally buthcered the spelling. :(
Well, later that night after all the other frickin' meetings, we went to the Santa Cruz boardwalk, and we got to go on any ride for free and allt he arcade games were free. It was awesome! Like a dream come true! Haha. Well, minus the fact I fucking hate roller coasters! :o
Then, on Monday, I had to wake up early and go to a rehearsal, while my other classmates slept in (jel, much). Well, the rehearsal was because my school won an award because I am an awesome ASB president! ;D
Then, we went to a few other meetings, and then we recieved our award and peaced out! haha.
Well, on this trip I learned a few good things about myself:
1. I absolutely hate it how everyone thinks they know the words to "Don't Stop Belevin'" by Journey.
--On the bus, a few white kids started singing the song. & I jumped in because that is one of my all-time fave songs, and after like the first verse, they didn't know the words, and I of course couldn't stop. This annoyed me.
2. I go absolutely go crazy when I see people in glasses (& yes, I mean sexually crazy!)
--I met this person, who wore glasses, and now I feel absolutely stupeh for not getting their last name or number or email or at least the school they went to. UGH, I'm feeling extremely stupeh again thinking about it. & what's worse is the only thing I can remember is their first name, the big city by where their bo-dunk school is located (Sacramento), their sexy glasses, their sexy face, and their porcelain skin.
3. I like meeting new people
--When, I came back to school, I felt like "Wow, this is fucking boring! I fucking know all these people already! I want to go back to CASL and talk and meet with all my awesome new friends."
4. I need to go to college already.
--This can also be explained by number three.
5. The pendulum kinda rides, that just swing back and forth and take the shape of things like a pirate ship, are actually scarier than they look.
--I went on it at the boardwalk thinking it wouldn't be that bad. & every word out of my mouth was fuck or why.
6. ChaCha knows everting. Yes, everyting.
--Self-expanatory.
Well, I procrastinated enough.
Sincerely, Adrian.
:)
PS. I got the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs CD "It's Blitz!" yesterday, and I haven't stopped listening to it!
